The hotel was located so close to many interesting sights and good cafes/restaurants, and bus stand, jetty, shopping areas and restaurants. The staff was really friendly and the host too. I liked the food, it was outstanding! Had magnificent and lovely location in the center of the historical district, a few steps away from Church Square.

The Caravela Homestay is in a perfect location in the altinho district close to shops, restaurants, and intriguing buildings, as well as Sao Tome and Fontainhas. It is right in the heart of historic Panjim, within easy walking distance of many attractions. the breakfast with coffee was superb, featuring toast and omelet.

The staff here is very professional and attentive, always taking care of every request.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Caravela Homestay. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the charming Fontainhas quarter and visit the beautiful Panjim Church. The homestay had a sense of nostalgia with its 200-year-old wooden steps from the Portuguese times. The highlight of our stay was the owner, Carlos, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. From providing valuable advice on exploring the city to arranging an alternate cab for us, Carlos was a true gem. He even made sure my elderly mother had a special birthday celebration, complete with a delicious meal and a sunset viewing at Dona Paula. The food at the homestay was excellent as well, with friendly staff always ready to assist. we would highly recommend Caravela Homestay for a personalized and unforgettable Goan experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the prime location in the charming Fontainhas area of Panjim. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with all the amenities one could ask for. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast served in their attached coffee house was included and had many options to choose from.

The only minor issue I could find was that the bathroom was a bit small, but it was still manageable.
